ADA Student Handbook 
This document lists the specific details required by the Alabama Community College System to document disabilities. This information is also included in the handbook.

Guidelines for Documentation
Students must provide proper documentation in order to receive accommodations.  The documentation guidelines adhere to those established for higher education accommodations. 

Request for Documentation 
This form may be used for your convenience to request your documentation be sent to the Wallace State ADA Office.

Student Accommodations Request Form
Each semester students needing accommodations for their classes must fill out this request form and submit to the ADA Office.

Policy and Request for Utilizing a Service or Support Animal in Campus Housing
